An influencer almost died and has been left with horrific scars after a botched tummy tuck led to her losing some of her organs.
Mayra Alejandra del Villar, who is known as ‘The Curvy Buena’, has been open about her experience with her 16,000 followers.
The mum-of-three has revealed that the cosmetic surgery resulted in her spending months in hospital.

She spent one year and three months bedridden and hopes her story will prevent others from putting themselves at risk.
Mayra, who creates fashion-related content, was on the verge of death after undergoing liposuction in her native country, Venezuela.
She speaks regularly in videos on her social media page and shows off her scars in a bid to spread awareness to others.
After telling her followers that she has lost organs due to the botched procedure, she revealed in a caption on one of her posts last month that she no longer has a stomach.
“Without a stomach, you can also live,” she wrote on 16 January.
Mayra has given opportunities for people online to also ask her questions, with many curious about how she is able to eat.
The content creator stated that hunger feels ‘totally different’, and that whilst she can eat normal foods, she must avoid anything very hot, with spice, and high in sugar.
Since sharing her shocking experience, Mayra has urged others to thoroughly investigate professionals and clinics before undergoing any form of surgery.
Her story has captured the attention of many, and Mayra has received many messages of support, as reported by Need To Know.
