A beauty queen has been arrested and sent to prison after being accused of theft.
Daniela Miruvska is also currently under investigation for alleged dispossession, which refers to the act of being deprived of something – especially land or property – or the state of having it taken away from you.
It has been reported that the young woman, who has more than 14,000 followers on social media, was initially involved in a spat over the possession of a property.

Daniela claimed that she was the rightful owner of the building, which was being used to run a spa business.
But according to the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM), Daniela was refusing to let the business owner’s employees enter the property.
And she had even called for police to arrest members of staff for the ‘crime of home invasion’.
However, according to the FGJEM, Daniela had given a lifetime usufruct to the business owner.
A lifetime usufruct is a right that allows a person to use an asset – in this case a property – throughout their life, whether they own it or not.
Daniela is accused of going to the property along with one other person, a locksmith and the police.
It is claimed that Daniela removed everyone who was inside the property and took control of it.
Last year, the business owner told a court that several of their assets had been stolen including various items of spa equipment and more than £9,000 in cash, as reported by Need To Know.
Clothing, shoes, computer equipment, jewellery and personal documents had also vanished, according to the claim.
The crime of both dispossession and theft were then reported.
And after evidence was gathered, Daniela, who won first place in a beauty pageant as Miss State of Mexico in 2016, was arrested in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, on Tuesday (15 April).
Authorities have stated that she was taken to a prison in Tlalnepantla de Baz where a judge is set to determine next steps.
