A motel guest was found strangled in a jacuzzi after she shared two mysterious videos online.
Estefanía Fernanda Maturana Alvarado’s lifeless body was discovered by staff.
The 27-year-old arrived with two other women, according to police.

But that evening, the women left without Estefanía, who was found dead hours later.
Staff at the motel arrived at the room as the duration of her stay had come to an end.
There was no response from Estefanía when they knocked on the door which prompted one of the administrators to enter the room.
The young woman’s body was found inside the jacuzzi with a sheet wrapped around her neck.
According to local press, Estefanía broadcasted live on social media prior to her death.
She also uploaded a video from inside a vehicle which showed two other women.
One woman drove the car, and an unknown man sat in the passenger seat.
The Carabineros and the Public Ministry are investigating her death, as reported by Need To Know.
Whilst the facts have not yet been established, Estefanía’s mother, Fabiola Alvarado, indicates that an argument between her daughter and the two women may have occurred.
The report issued by police and also the forensic team regarding her precise cause of death last Sunday, (1 Jun), are expected.
Authorities have taken statements from people who were close to Estefanía, who was found at the Motel Jardin de Eros, in Quilicura, Santiago, Chile.
Her mobile phone has also been taken in the hope that it can assist with the investigation.
