The bookworm, who had over 10,000 online followers, was allegedly killed by 40-year-old cleaner Cláudio Elizeu.
According to witnesses, the suspect approached her in the food hall and attacked her with a knife without saying a word.

The horror incident took place at the Beco Fino commercial centre in Jundiaí near São Paulo, Brazil.
After allegedly stabbing Tais over 20 times, the suspect broke into an office and smashed windows and furniture, according to the police.
He was detained at the scene last Monday (2 Jun).
The suspect reportedly told police that he killed Tais because she was uninterested in a romantic relationship with him.
They did not have a close friendship prior to the alleged attack, as reported by Need To Know.

The suspect was also feeling frustrated at being transferred to another workplace by the centre’s management, according to reports.
He faces a charge for femicide as the investigation continues.
The victim’s family said in a statement: “This week, our dear Tais Bruna, the owner of this profile, left us in a very sad and unbelievable way.

“Reader Fashion was one of her joys. Talking about literature, recommending new works and chatting with you made her day happier.
“We, her family, sincerely thank you for all the messages and prayers dedicated to her.
“Tais, we will love you forever.”
