A mother-of-three “bled to death’ during tummy tuck, her heartbroken husband said.
Eréndira Torres Tiscareño underwent the routine procedure at the clinic.
A few hours after her arrival her husband Hugo León was informed that she had experienced complications.

“They told me my wife had suffered a heart attack,” he said.
“And that they’d been trying to revive her for three hours.”
Hugo also told local media: “They let me in to see her, and when I touched her, she was already very cold.”
Eréndira died last Saturday (5 Jul), as reported by Need To Know.
Hugo claimed: “The autopsy showed she died from massive liver lacerations and major blood vessel injuries caused by a sharp object.
“She bled to death right then and there.”
A probe has been launched following her death in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office said: “As part of the investigation, the operating theatre and the medical instruments used during the procedure have been secured.”
Eréndira, who would have turned 38 today (10 Jul), leaves behind three children, aged three, five, and 10.
The middle child is autistic.
Eréndira is also survived by her parents.
Hugo said: “She never hurt anyone.
“She had no malice in her. And that’s not fair for someone so good.”
