A businessman allegedly shot a dustman dead with his cop wife’s service weapon after a bin lorry blocked the road.
Renê da Silva Nogueira Júnior was driving down a street and reportedly flew into a rage.
The 47-year-old was allegedly angry because the bin truck was in his way, allegedly threatening to shoot the driver “in the face” if she didn’t give way.

Police sergeant Thiago Ribeiro told local media: “(Renê) told her, ‘If you so much as touch my car, I’ll shoot you.
‘Don’t believe me?’
“She was in shock, and the binmen started telling him not to do it. That’s when one of them, Laudemir, was shot.”
Detective Matheus Moraes Barros added: “All the witnesses agreed that the suspect was very agitated.

“They asked him to be patient because it was a narrow street with cars parked on both sides, but he refused.
“He started shouting; the driver manoeuvred the truck, and they asked him to go ahead.
“He drove past, braked sharply, reversed, cocked the gun, and the magazine fell out.
“He reinserted it, aimed at the victim, fired, and walked away calmly, though still looking angry.”
Laudemir Fernandes’s terrified colleagues fled the scene in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, while Renê reportedly went about his day as normal.
The 44-year-old victim was taken to a hospital in nearby Contagem with a bullet wound to the chest but died from his injuries.

Hours later, police arrested Renê at a high-end gym.
He denied involvement, but officers seized a gun registered to his wife, which they believe was used in the shooting.
He now faces charges of threatening behaviour and homicide with aggravating factors, as reported by Need To Know.
Renê’s wife, Ana Paula Lamego Balbino Nogueira, is a chief in Brazil’s Civil Police. She was not present during the shooting and remains in her role while an investigation into her husband’s use of her firearm continues.
Renê, who had nearly 30,000 Instagram followers, described himself as a “Christian, husband, father, and patriot.” The profile has since been removed.
He also claimed to be CEO of Fictor Alimentos, though the company said he had worked for them as a service provider for less than two weeks and was no longer associated with them.
Laudemir had been a binman for nine years and was about to be promoted. He reportedly loved his job despite waking at 4 a.m. every day.
He leaves behind a 15-year-old daughter, a stepdaughter, and his partner of over five years, Liliane França.
Liliane told local media: “I’m going to miss him so much, truly miss him, because he was a perfect man. He respected us and cared for us with so much love.
“Every morning he would say he’d be back. This time, he didn’t come home. They brought Lau back to me in a coffin.”
