A man dubbed ‘The Cellulite King’ has revealed he’s helped over 10,000 women without the need to go under the knife.
Dr Roberto Chacur is praised for making people feel “free” in their own bodies again.
The 46-year-old’s method was developed over the course of 20 years.

And it doesn’t involve any incisions or recovery time.
“Cellulite is not just an aesthetic issue,” the doctor, who boasts 497,000 followers on Instagram (@drchacur), told Need To Know.

“It can affect how a woman sees herself and how she presents herself to the world.
“What my patients tell me most often is that they feel free – free to wear whatever they want, wherever they want.
“Their self-esteem improves because they no longer feel self-conscious about going to the beach, wearing bikinis, shorts or tight pants.
“This transformation goes beyond appearance; it improves their quality of life and influences their behaviour in daily situations.”
Dr Chacur, who lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, explains that cellulite is more common in women since their hormones promote fat accumulation in the bum and thighs.

While he hasn’t suffered with the issue himself, he wanted to offer an effective solution – without the need for surgery.
The GoldIncision advanced cellulite treatment protocol, as it’s been named, combines collagen bio-stimulation with manual precision to release fibrous bands.
It causes a ‘dimpling’ effect on the skin, helping to pull back and tighten the area.
In 2023, it was named the ‘Best Non-Surgical Body Treatment’ in the world.
Now, he employs over 30 doctors across multiple clinics to carry out the method, which has helped over 10,000 women so far.
He added: “[It’s] a problem that was once considered insoluble.

“It gives me great satisfaction to deliver an effective treatment for a condition that has always been a challenge for medicine.
“After all these years, I embrace the title of ‘King of Cellulite’ for the journey that brings me so much pride.
“Both for myself and for the thousands of women who have already undergone the treatment with me.
“Whether in a triathlon or in the clinic, the goal is the same – to seek the best performance.
“[If that’s] to cross the finish line or give the patient the best possible result.”
