Doctors found a huge cyst growing around a foetus after the mother reported stomach pain.
The 26-year-old mum-to-be was 34 weeks pregnant when she went to the hospital to get checked.
She had previously had an ultrasound scan six weeks prior, which found an ovarian cyst present, not discovered until her third trimester.

Pictures shared by Need To Know, show an ultrasound scan of the mass prior to its removal.

An illustration shows the position of the cyst, showing it enveloping part of the uterus and pushing it to the side.
After a second hospital visit, doctors found the baby’s growth had started to decline – believed to be a result of the cyst, which had pushed the uterus to the right side of the abdomen.
Four weeks later, doctors performed surgery on the mum, which found the humongous mass coming from the left ovary, containing 11 litres of liquid.

A Caesarean was performed to deliver the baby, with a 5lb boy arriving without complication.
Meanwhile, doctors studied the cyst, which they found was 35cm in diameter and was found to be benign.
Incredibly, the mum – who was treated at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia – made a swift recovery and was discharged without complications.
