A reckless driver led cops on a low-speed chase on the pavement.
The motorist went wrong way down a busy road.
Footage from a police helicopter and a patrol car shows the white van, with ladders on its roof.

It was weaving the wrong way down the A12 in Leytonstone, east London.
The van then went onto the footpath.
The incident happened after the driver failed to stop for officers, as reported by, Need To Know.
At one point, a passenger got out and swapped places with the driver before setting off again, weaving through traffic heading the opposite way.
The footage also showed the driver narrowly avoiding a police stinger device laid across the road to puncture the car’s tyres.
Police in the helicopter provided constant updates to officers on the ground, and dashcam footage shows a patrol car ramming the fleeing van to finally stop the chase.
The occupants staggered from the damaged vehicle before being arrested.
Two police officers were injured in the crash, while the driver and two passengers were taken to hospital as a precaution.
A man was later arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.
A Met Police spokesperson said: “When a reckless driver was heading the wrong way down the A12 and evaded a stinger, officers courageously used tactical contact to stop them in their tracks and protect the public.
“At approximately 4:22pm on Tuesday, 10 June a pursuit was authorised after a car made off from police on Cathall Road, E11.
“At approximately 4:38pm, the car collided with a police vehicle on the A12 near the Green Man Roundabout, E11.
“The London Ambulance Service, London Fire Brigade, and London’s Air Ambulance attended.
“The driver and two passengers of the car were taken to hospital as a precaution.
“The driver of the car has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and remains in police custody.
“Two officers were also taken to hospital, one with a suspected fractured arm.
“Thanks to our officers for their bravery and professionalism in this moment.”
