The offences relate to three victims, however an investigation has led to the police pleading for other potential victims to come forward.
Bodycam footage from the Met Police shows the moment Viccars was arrested for the offences which took place between November 2021 and October this year.
The former assistant referee used Snapchat to speak to teenage girls, where he would add random profiles and follow that with the message: “Sorry, I think I have added the wrong person.”
Met Police revealed that once in conversation with the victim he would say he was a teacher and then go on to arrange to meet with them and engage in sexual activity.
The 47-year-old from Milton Keynes, was sentenced at Snaresbrook Crown Court yesterday (2 Oct) after he pleaded guilty on 11 July, as reported by Need To Know.
He has also been placed on the sex offenders’ register for life.
Det Ch Insp Ross Morrell, who led the Met’s investigation, said: “Viccar’s offending is shocking.

“He would regularly reach out to young girls, who he would build relationships with using lies and manipulation and then sexually assault.
“Today’s sentencing reflects the Met’s commitment to tackling violence against women and girls, with our increased specialist teams working together with partner police forces to strengthen the evidence.
“We are appealing today for anyone who believes they or their children may be a victim of Viccars to come forward.
“We believe there may be hundreds of further victims who have not yet reported to the police.
“Any further victims are entitled to receive specialist support and guidance, not only from the police but independent charities and services.”
