A festival-goer has been arrested after clambering up stage equipment at Creamfields.
Police were called when the man, 30, was spotted dangerously high above the crowd.
Before his arrest, the thrill-seeker shared a video of his antics online – showing himself grinning at the camera while perched high above the stage and festival grounds.

The clip – filmed on Friday (22 August) – quickly went viral, racking up 1.8 million views, more than 245,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
One user warned: “The danger to others if you fell on people below tho.”
Rebecca admitted: “Mate what went through your mind, I got vertigo just looking up at that stage.”

Freddie joked: “Creamfields’ final boss.”
But Sophie wasn’t impressed: “It’s good to have fun but if you put yourself or others in danger I have no respect.”
Another viewer added: “One gust of wind and it’s all over.”

A spokesperson for Cheshire Police told Need To Know: “At 8.37pm on Friday 22 August, police were called to reports of a man climbing stage equipment at Creamfields.
“The 30-year-old man came down to safety and was evicted from the festival and arrested on suspicion of causing a public nuisance.
He was dealt with by means of a community resolution.”
