A travel blogger was left stunned after a completely naked man approached her on a hiking route to ask for a selfie.
Fiona Fifi said the day started off with her friend crashing her scooter and injuring her leg.
But the pair managed to continue with their hiking excursion and enjoyed a trek to the peak.
On the way back, things turned “crazy”.
The two young women were allegedly approached by a naked man with a GoPro camera.
He asked them for a photo together.
Fiona said she knew she had to “play it cool” and politely declined in Chinese, saying: “Sorry, it is not convenient.”

She then used her phone to film the nude fella apparently following them on the trail.
After nearly half a mile, she said the strange man disappeared.
“Me and my friend just looked at each other,” she said.
“And honestly, all the things he could’ve worn, he chose a GoPro.”
She added: “This is definitely the most unforgettable hike of my life.”
The bizarre encounter took place on Dongyan Mountain in Taiwan.
Fiona, who comes from Malaysia and now lives in Taiwan, shared the clip on Instagram where it went viral with 446,000 views and hundreds of comments.
The travel influencer told Need To Know: “We went hiking at Dongyan Mountain, about an hour from Taipei.
On the way back from the Dongman Trail, I walked out of the bathroom and suddenly out of nowhere, the completely naked man walked straight up to us asking for a selfie.
“My brain went completely blank, but I knew I had to stay calm.
“So I forced a slim smile, politely rejected him, and we walked away like nothing happened.
“But then, I noticed he was following us.
“I even pulled up my front camera to check, and yep, he was still there.
“Luckily, after about half a kilometre, he finally disappeared.”
Fiona, who has 121,000 YouTube subscribers, said she didn’t report the encounter to the police.
But many locals commented that they have also seen the naked man on the route and believe the authorities should intervene.
She explained: “At the time, I didn’t report it to the police because he walked away after I rejected him.

“But after I shared the story online, it went viral and many people told me he’s a repeat offender.
“He’s been seen naked on multiple trails, filming himself.
“Apparently, this was the first time he actually approached someone for a selfie.
“A lot of people had already reported him before, but since these incidents happen deep in the mountains, by the time police arrive, he’s gone.
“People even started joking online about choosing between a man and a bear if you had to meet one on the trail.”
She added: “Honestly, I did feel a bit guilty for not reporting it, because if it happens again, especially to someone hiking alone, maybe even a young girl, it could be dangerous.
“I often hike solo in Taiwan because I’ve always felt it’s a very safe place, and I still believe that.
“But from now on, I’ll definitely carry pepper spray with me just in case.
“I hope I can raise more awareness about safety on hiking trails.”
