A 19-year-old driver showed up at a police station demanding a breathalyser test – only to be arrested for drink-driving.
He was found to have 0.7 grams of alcohol per litre of blood, and his licence was seized on the spot.
CCTV footage reportedly showed him driving “double speed” up to the station steps, adding more weight to the case.

The alleged offender, accompanied by another male, went inside and asked officers to test his alcohol level.
He admitted to being the driver of the vehicle, as reported by Need To Know.
Following the test, the young man was confirmed over the limit and was subsequently charged at the police station in Choszczno, north-west of Warsaw, Poland.
A police spokesperson said: “He came on command… at double speed.
“A 19-year-old man came by car directly to the main entrance of the station, after which he went inside and asked officers to check his sobriety.
“The test showed that the 19-year-old had a blood alcohol content of over 0.7 per mille.
“The man admitted that he was driving the car moments earlier and came of his own free will.
“This was also confirmed by police surveillance cameras.
“For this crime, he can be punished by up to three years in prison, a driving ban, and a high fine.
“We remind the public that even a small amount of alcohol in the body significantly reduces the driver’s concentration and reaction time, which can lead to tragic consequences of traffic accidents.”
