A sweet-toothed suspected shoplifter was stopped by a brave customer, allegedly trying to steal £125 worth of chocolate from Tesco.
The hooded and masked man was spotted loading the confectionery into a Lidl carrier bag.
The shopper who was parked outside spotted him acting suspiciously and then got out and banged on the glass.

He then went to confront him as he walked towards the door and said, “You’re not going to pay for that?”
As he strolled closer to the exit, the man added, “What are you doing?
“No, no, no, no.”
He added: “Excuse me, what the f*ck is wrong with people?
“He’s got a bag full of chocolates.”
The bag was full of 350g bars of Cadbury Dairy Milk Biscoff, which cost £5 each, as reported on Need To Know.
He estimated there were 25 in the bag.

The man added, “I’ve watched him from outside.
“Look at that, that is absolutely ridiculous.”
He took the bag off him before he left the shop.
It happened at Tesco Express, Bouverie Road, Folkestone, Kent, on Tuesday (11 Nov) at 4 pm.
Tesco and Kent Police have been approached for comment.
