Her hands had been tied, and there were signs of physical abuse.
Allani’s mother was taken into custody yesterday (18 Nov) afternoon on suspicion of ordering the killing.
The suspected perpetrator, who was in a relationship with Allani’s mother, had been tracked down earlier that morning.
He reportedly confessed to his role in the murder and claimed his partner had allegedly orchestrated it.
Investigators say the motive was financial.

Allani, 24, and her mother had recently inherited three properties and a sum of money from Allani’s maternal grandfather, as reported by Need To Know.
The suspect reportedly went to the house in Caruaru, west of Recife, Brazil, tied Allani to a chair in a bedroom, and tortured her while trying to force her to transfer the inheritance money to her mother’s account.
After she refused, she was stabbed and beaten.
She suffered a severe eye injury and ultimately died from her injuries.
Initially, the perpetrator denied involvement but later confessed after being confronted with a video placing him at the scene.
Detective Eric Costa told local media: “He says he carried out the killing alone, but the planning of the crime was done together with the victim’s mother, who acted as the mastermind.
“Allani’s mother reportedly contradicted herself several times during questioning.

“Her account isn’t credible.
“Everything we’ve uncovered so far points to her as the mastermind behind the crime, along with her partner, who was arrested hours earlier.
“They allegedly planned the crime to seize money the victim had from her grandfather’s inheritance, as well as property the family owns on the Pernambuco coast.
“Afterwards, the suspects intended to leave the state and start a new life elsewhere.”
The detective described Allani’s relationship with her mother as “far from friendly”.
He said: “They frequently clashed, mostly over money.
“This was the main cause of their arguments, and it was this greed that led the mother to plan her daughter’s death.”
Both suspects have been charged with murder with aggravating factors and torture.
The case remains under investigation.
