A super fit gran has revealed her secret to staying young – bathing milk – but it’s left fans “needing a shower”.
Andréa Sunshine, as she’s called online, is known for her ultra-toned physique, as well as her bizarre health and beauty hacks.
She previously admitted to eating a whopping 5,400 eggs per year in a bid to stay super fit.

But how does the gran, who is currently loved up with toyboy Federico, 35, stay looking youthful?
Bathing in milk – just like Cleopatra.
“I’ve always loved researching stories about strong women,” the fitness coach told Need To Know.
“And when I read about Cleopatra, I was intrigued.

“She used milk to keep her skin soft and youthful, and I thought, why not try it?
“Every woman deserves a moment of self-care; a ritual just for herself.”
In a clip, the 55-year-old is seen dousing herself with a bottle of milk while wearing a bikini top – and no underpants.
She appears relaxed as she bathes in the mixture, using her hands to splash more onto on her body as it falls into the tub.
Andréa captioned the post: “Inspired by Cleopatra, I celebrate the ancestral beauty that transcends eras.

“Beauty doesn’t age, it transforms in my ritual today.
“I remember Cleopatra, and I am reborn into the light that has always been mine.
“Because living intensely is my greatest ritual.”
Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions, with people sharing their own milk bath experiences.
“I need a shower now,” Gina said.
Someone else added: “Don’t forget the rose petals. They were combined with camel milk.”

Paulo commented: “Wow Cleopatra in her goat.”
“Waste of milk,” another user said.
Tom added: “Would have a better effect if you were naked.”

Andréa, who splits her time between London and Rome, advises adding one litre of cow’s milk and one tablespoon of almond oil to warm water.
And then to soak in the mixture for around 30 minutes.
It’s said that the lactic acid naturally present in milk acts as a gentle exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin cells, leading to smooth skin and cell renewal.
The proteins and fats also provide hydration, leaving the skin more nourished.
She said: “Right after immersing myself in the bathtub, I could already feel the difference.
“My skin was instantly softer.
“I believe this tip should be more widely shared.
“It’s simple, accessible and makes a real difference.

“It’s not just about aesthetics, it’s about self-esteem too.”
Legend has it that Cleopatra carried out the beauty ritual a little differently, using donkey milk and adding honey and rose petals, too.
Various shops sell the mixture ready-made, though Andréa says there’s power in making it yourself.
The influencer added: “For me, the bath went beyond beauty.
“It became a ritual of rebirth.
“It was like reconnecting with myself.
“Women are not disposable after 40.

“We are stronger, more intense and more aware of what we want.
“The milk bath was just another way of telling myself that I choose to live intensely, at the age I am, in my own way.
“I’ve chosen to feed my body and soul with pleasure, presence and decisions that are entirely my own.”
She previously shared another liberating routine; burying her exes’ underwear, neckties and her own phone in a cemetery to help break free from historic heartbreak.
