A Love Island USA contestant has lifted the lid on her recent boob job – where she had two different-sized implants put in.
Sierra Sade Mills starred on season six of the hit TV show when she entered as a Casa Amor bombshell.
The 23-year-old briefly coupled up with Miguel and later Harrison before being dumped from the villa.
Outside the villa, Sierra has continued to grow her social media presence and now boasts over 121,000 followers on TikTok.
Recently, she updated her legion of fans on her recent breast augmentation surgery.
In the clip, which has gained over 190,000 views, she explains why she opted to have a smaller implant put in her left breast and a larger one in the right, as reported by Need To Know.
The unusual move was prompted by her doctor recommending she not opt for a completely symmetrical look.
Sierra said of her experience: “We have 300cc on this side and 325 on this side.
“My doctor decided that it would be best if my girls weren’t completely symmetrical.
“Which is really normal.
“They’re still pretty high.
“It takes about six months to a year to see what they’re really going to look like.
“I also already had really high perky girls before, and I feel like once they go down, I’m going to be sad.
“It was really brutal, I’d say the first week was tough.
“But I’m obsessed, I’m loving how they’re turning out.
“I feel like they’re just fitting my body really nicely.
“No one talks about the confidence boost after surgery, and I’ve been feeling really hot.”
Sierra, from Escondido, California, but living in Los Angeles, captioned the post: “One month post-op updates!
“Can’t believe I have [cherry emoji] and I’m so obsessed.
“Appreciate you guys supporting me during the process.”
Since it has gathered 9,000 likes and plenty of comments.
