Now, the 42-year-old has revealed whether eggs are actually healthy for us in a clip which has racked up over 72,000 views and 2,000 likes, reports Need To Know.
Dr Sethi asks: “Are they a good breakfast?” and the answer is yes.
He said: “Eggs are one of the best breakfast proteins.
“[They’re] good for fatty liver in moderation.
“Protein helps reduce sugar intake and supports liver health.”
While eggs don’t raise cholesterol for most people, it’s not entirely ruled out.

But to help aid weight loss? It’s a superfood.
He explains: “Protein improves fullness and reduces cravings.
“Eggs have almost zero carbs [and shouldn’t] spike blood sugar.”
Also, they rarely cause bloating unless you’ve got a sensitive gut.
Is it safe to eat raw eggs, though?
Dr Sethi added: “No.
“Not recommended.
“Risk of salmonella infection and they don’t absorb better.
“Cooked eggs have better protein absorption.”
He suggests the best way to eat the protein-packed superfood is either by boiling, poaching, scrambling or turning them into an omelette.
And Dr Sethi says there’s “no magical number” on the amount to eat per day – but one to two should keep the body happy and healthy.
