An argument broke out, and Kallyne, 21, allegedly began stabbing Malu.
Gabryel, 27, tried to defend his girlfriend but was stabbed in the thigh.
During the struggle, Malu managed to grab the knife and stabbed Kallyne in the abdomen.
A passing motorist drove the couple to an urgent care centre in Recife, Brazil, but Malu, 18, did not survive her injuries.
Kallyne fled the scene but was later found at an urgent care centre in nearby Jaboatão dos Guararapes, where she had sought treatment for her own injuries.

She was transferred to a hospital in Recife, where she remained in police custody on Monday (2 Feb), in stable condition.
Police are investigating the case as a suspected homicide and attempted homicide, as reported by Need To Know.
Malu was popular on Instagram, with more than 28,000 followers, and often shared photos of her numerous tattoos.
Gabryel is distraught over the killing and is calling for justice.
He paid tribute online: “I love you with all my strength. This pain will never be healed. I loved you like no one else and received a loyal and sincere love.”
He also clarified: “What happened here was not because of a man, but because of envy, cruelty and cowardice: a cold-blooded murder.”
