A woman has revealed her shock after her breasts appeared to grow back just weeks after undergoing a breast reduction – driving her to have her second operation in less than a year.
Hally Galletta said she underwent a breast reduction and uplift last April, hoping to finally feel comfortable in her body.
But just six weeks later, she claims her breasts looked exactly the same as they had before surgery.
“I literally looked down one day and thought, ‘These things have just appeared again – they’re back,’” Hally, from Perth, Scotland, told Need To Know.
“I got a breast reduction and my boobs grew back in seven months.
“I’m getting another breast reduction next month for the second time.

“I’m a bit scared because it’s the second time in eight months.
“But I’m literally going to say, ‘I want to be a size A.’
“I’m just going to say ‘Take them all off’ at this point.”
Despite being told by her surgeon that 200 grams – roughly the weight of an adult hamster – were removed from each breast, Hally says the results were barely noticeable.
She said: “It’s really annoying after paying so much money – and some people get them through the NHS.
“But I know I wouldn’t qualify for the NHS and I feel like it’s a long wait.
“It was a really fast process. I had my consultation a couple of weeks after I contacted the hospital and then I got to pick the surgery date, which was really good.
“So after the surgery, they were very tight in and it looked like there was a difference.
“The surgeon said he took 200g out of each, but my friends say they look the same size as they were before.
“I’ve got a photo from before the surgery and a photo from now and they literally look exactly the same.”
She went on: “I just don’t know if the surgeon didn’t take that much off but then he said he took 200g off… I actually don’t understand it because they’re literally the same size.
“I’ve not put any weight on to make them grow back, I’m literally the same weight I was before the surgery.”
Now, just eight months later, Hally is preparing to undergo another breast reduction in March, hoping to see a lasting difference.

She added: “We’ll see how that goes.
“We’ll see if they appear back again because I’m not going for a third.
“I feel like that’s a sign I’ve got to keep them”.
