A suspected burglar was found trapped inside a wall after police officers heard cries for help while grabbing coffee during a break from fighting crime.
The bizarre incident unfolded on 17 May after officers heard the noise inside a wall between Brewjee coffee shop and Mayas movie theatre in Salinas, California.
The sounds were reportedly coming from a burglary suspect who had fallen from the roof of an adjacent cinema and landed inside a wall cavity, as reported by Need To Know.

In the clip, firefighters begin smashing through sections of brick and plaster to reach the trapped man.
The man was identified as Isaac Valencia, who police say had been trapped inside the wall space for around 10 hours.
Authorities said Valencia was medically evaluated before being booked into Monterey County Jail on suspicion of burglary.
Members of the public were left shocked by the bizarre ordeal.
