A brazen shoplifter casually walked into a shop with an empty holdall, stuffed it with food and strolled straight back out without paying.
The shameless theft was caught on CCTV, which showed the man entering the One Stop store carrying a large black bag.
He headed for an aisle before kneeling beside the shelves and filling the holdall with items.

After standing up, he calmly made his way towards the exit without going anywhere near the tills.
But a suspicious female member of staff spotted him and followed him outside.
When she challenged the thief, he reportedly swore at her before carrying on his way, as reported by Need To Know.
The incident happened at the One Stop shop in the village of Coity, near Bridgend.
A spokesperson for the store said: “A member of staff followed him out and called after him.
“He told her to ‘f..k off’.
“We don’t expect any more from our staff.”
The theft comes amid a sharp rise in shoplifting across England and Wales.
Recorded offences reached 507,100 in the year ending March 2026 – around 50 per cent higher than a decade earlier.
Retailers have warned that shoplifting and repeat offending are placing growing pressure on businesses, with thefts costing the sector hundreds of millions of pounds.
