The clip was captured on 9 Oct around 10:31 am, as reported by Need To Know.
The theft is believed to have taken place inside an Asda car park on East Ferry Road, Isle of Dogs, London.
An eyewitness claims the two men approached the vehicle when it was parked at the supermarket.

The footage appears to show one of the men, wearing a COVID mask and a cap, filling a bag for life with items from the van before they seem to be loaded into another vehicle.
The other man pictured in the background is believed to be acting as a lookout for the other thief.
According to statistics, more than 80% of UK tradespeople have had their tools stolen, as reported by The Guardian.
The dramatic rise in crime is leaving hardworking Brits out of income, with theft reports up by 16% in just a year.
The footage has left members of the public fuming.
One person wrote: “Notorious Asda, had a bike stolen from this one.”

Another person added: “Stealing someone’s tools is stealing their bloody livelihood.”
One other commented: “So disgusting.”
One person said: “Absolute scum.”
Another viewer wrote: “Soon tradesmen will have to hire somebody to sit in the van in the car park as they do their shopping to stop this happening.”
