A teenager has been arrested after his missing “foster dad” was found dead in a fly-tipped freezer.
The chiller with the body of Carlos de Souza Pedrosa inside was found in a rural area.
It’s believed the former teacher was killed 21 days earlier.

The body was discovered on Monday (26 Aug).
Pedrosa, 58, had retired two years ago.
He lived in his house with two 19-year-old men, whom he had taken in temporarily and was supporting financially.
The unnamed pair allegedly paid him back by using his house as a place to take drugs.
The police believe they had become unsettled after Pedrosa told them he was thinking of selling up and leaving Tangará da Serra, west of Brasilia, Brazil.
He had also rowed with the pair about their alcohol and drug use.
The police believe that these things led them to stab the former teacher to death on 5 August.
The pair were caught on the street with Pedrosa’s bank cards that day, as reported by Need To Know.
They were arrested, charged with card theft, and released on bail.
At that point, the police had no idea about Pedrosa’s death and it was only on 7 August that his disappearance was reported.
The murder was discovered as detectives worked to identify the bank card’s owner.
While searching the house of a relative of one of the teenagers, the police found furniture belonging to Pedrosa.
The teen in question was quickly tracked down and he confessed to the crime and revealed where the body was, it is reported.
He was arrested on suspicion of homicide and concealment of a body as the police still search for the second teenager.
Pedrosa was originally from Muriaé and worked at several schools in Tangará da Serra and even in Argentina.
Local education secretary, Vagner Constatino said: “I worked with Carlos for eight years, and he really enjoyed teaching the younger grades.
“He was a playful teacher and got along well with everyone.”
Local media are withholding the suspects’ identities.
