A suspect accused of decapitating his parents was gunned down by police, then belting out Tina Turner’s hit, What’s Love Got to Do With It.
Alleged killer, Joseph Gerdvil, burst into song as he lay bleeding on a road.
Cops found him near his mum and dad’s mobile home.

The headless bodies of 77-year-old, Ronald Gerdvil and Antoinette Gerdvil, 79, along with their dead chihuahua, were discovered inside.
Gerdvil was spotted a short time later, driving a golf cart on a bike path about three miles away from the mobile home park.
He eventually got out of the golf cart and reportedly threw a shovel at the deputy before walking purposefully toward him.
Newly released footage of the incident in Orange County, California, US shows a deputy ordering him to get down on the ground, while Gerdvil continued towards him with an object in his hand.
The officer then fired five shots at him from about ten feet.
The first three bullets seemed to have little effect on the 41-year-old.
But after the fourth shot, he dropped to the ground in agony with blood pouring from his wounds as reported by Need To Know.
The video then shows other deputies arriving to handcuff him and treat his wounds while Gerdvil says, “I love you,” and “I’m sorry you’re going to have to die.”
He then asks them, “Just finish me off,” and, “Put one in my head, please. I beg of you.”
Bizarrely, as he lies on the ground, he then sings out, “What’s love got to do with it, got to with it? What’s love, but a second-hand emotion?” from the 1984 Tina Turner hit.
He finishes off by crooning Stevie Wonder’s song, I Just Called to Say I Love You, also from 1984.
Paramedics took him to hospital in serious, but stable condition.
He is accused of two counts of murder and remains in hospital.
