A suspect accused of murdering a Brit expat with garden hoe has been charged by cops.
Martin Allwright was hit in the back of the head with the garden tool.
He had been walking his dog when he got involved in a row.

An unnamed 59-year-old was arrested following the attack on 12 August on suspicion of attempted murder.
He was released on bail as the police then investigated him for suspected bodily harm.
Allwright, also 59 – originally from Exeter, Devon – underwent brain surgery.
But he died from his injuries in hospital on 19 August.
Police in Huércal-Overa, between Malaga and Alicante, Spain, then charged him with murder.
His provisional detention was ordered on Wednesday (4 Sept) after a request by prosecutors.
Allwright’s alleged killer is Spanish but the authorities are withholding his name.
He is known to the victim.
Martin’s widow Sarah Allwright is fundraising to cover the costs of a criminal lawyer.
She had raised £5,356 of her £7,600 target, as reported by Need To Know.
She said: “Martin had a great many friends and he was always up for a laugh.
“His great passion was Exeter Chiefs rugby and it will be sad that he won’t be watching the start of the new season with me.”
