A UN plane skidded along a runway on its nose after encountering a landing gear problem.
Authorities said a “small fire” was put out after the aircraft crash-landed.
There were 22 passengers on board the plane at the time.

Footage showed the aircraft landing at the airport with its nose scraping along the tarmac.
The emergency landing took place at Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu, Somalia.
The De Havilland Dash 8 plane encountered a technical fault with its front landing gear, according to Favori LLC, a Turkish company that manages the airport.
The Somali Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) also confirmed what happened yesterday (1 Apr), as reported by Need To Know.
It said the pilot encountered the problem after departing the airport at 11.16 am.
Bound for the city of Baidoa, the pilot had to initiate a return to Mogadishu.
A SCAA spokesperson: “The aircraft safely executed a belly landing at Aden Adde International Airport at 1.28 pm local time.
“Thankfully, there were no fatalities or serious injuries.
“All individuals were safely evacuated and provided with medical checks and support on site.”
The SCAA said airport staff responded to the emergency landing within minutes to safely evacuate everyone on board.
As a result, the runway was temporarily closed so airport workers could carry out the emergency response.
They said “damage to the aircraft was minimal”.
The SCAA added: “A full investigation is underway in coordination with aviation authorities and the United Nations.”
Last month, a DHC-5D Buffalo aircraft crashed near Mogadishu after departing Dhobley en route to Aden Adde International Airport.
Five Kenyan nationals lost their lives in the crash.
