One person has died and six others have been injured after a disgruntled former resident used a flamethrower to set a block of flats on fire.
The man found dead in the 21-storey building is believed to have been the arsonist, according to police.
He had previously lived in the building and was involved in a long-running noise dispute with his upstairs neighbour, local media reported.

Two elderly women – reportedly in their 70s and 80s – suffered full-body burns and fell from the building.
Four others suffered breathing difficulties due to smoke inhalation.
All six victims are being treated in the hospital.
The suspected arsonist, who has not been named, is believed to have made the flamethrower himself, as reported by Need To Know.
Police received reports of a fire at around 8 am yesterday (21 April) at an apartment block in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak District, Seoul, South Korea.
Footage showed thick, grey smoke rising from the complex.
Emergency services managed to control the fire, which had started on the fourth floor, within an hour.
By 10 am, the blaze had been extinguished.
Police discovered a pesticide sprayer filled with fuel close to where the fire started. They also matched the fingerprints on the homemade weapon to the body of the deceased man.
CCTV footage was reviewed by police which showed that the suspect arrived at the apartment on a motorbike which was loaded with an additional fuel tank.
According to local press, the man had been involved in disputes with his neighbours about noise before he moved out around five months ago.
It has been claimed that he assaulted a resident last September, but the victim did not press charges.
Authorities said that the deceased suspect left behind a letter, which they believe to be a suicide note.
The note is said to have contained apologies for his family as well as £26 left for his mother.
Police are still investigating.
