A woman complained to a gym after she fell off of a treadmill while wearing high heels.
The moment that she tumbled off of the fitness equipment was caught on CCTV.
She was surrounded by a few others who were using the gym at the time.

In the video, she gripped onto the side rails for stability as she tried to run at a moderate speed.
She suddenly lost her grip, and her feet dramatically came off of the treadmill as she fell onto the floor.
The woman remained seated on the ground for a few seconds, as another person on a treadmill directly beside her appeared to look over to check on her.
She had worn black high heeled boots to her gym session and utilised the equipment without changing her footwear.
Her shoes were clearly visible in the CCTV footage.
When she returned home, the woman experienced pain in her ankle which led to her visiting a hospital the day after the accident.
She stayed at the hospital for 14 days whilst her injured ankle healed, according to the local press.
It is unclear whether the woman suffered a fracture.
The woman was angry about the situation, and visited the gym.
Staff had put up a sign next to the treadmills to remind others not to go barefoot, or wear slippers and high heels when on the equipment.
The woman argued with them that it was clear in the footage that there were no staff nearby when she fell.
Local press have stated that the gym purchased public liability insurance from an insurance company.
The woman then decided to take the gym and the insurance company to court, as reported by Need To Know.
Details surrounding the case emerged yesterday (29 May), with it being ruled that the woman would bear 80% of the responsibility.
The gym took the remaining 20%.
It was determined by the Yiyang Yuanjiang Court, located in Hunan province, China, that the woman should have considered the risks of participating in physical activity.
Her choice of footwear was deemed the cause of the accident.
Additionally, they stated that she should have been able to judge her fitness requirements more adequately.
It was highlighted that it was her responsibility to adjust the speed of the treadmill, and her exercise intensity accordingly.
The gym was liable for 20% as it was ruled that a staff member should have spotted the woman was wearing heels and prevented her from wearing them.
As a result of the case, the woman lost around £17,522.
Due to insurance terms, the gym did have to pay the woman £176, and the insurance company gave her £3,349 in compensation.
After the initial hearing, the insurance company reportedly appealed the case however the court rejected this in accordance with laws and upheld the original decision.
The accident occurred on 8 March last year at a gym in Hunan province, China.
