A mum-of-two died after undergoing liposuction surgery at a clinic that was already under investigation.
Hairdresser Sabrina Nardella suddenly became unwell following the routine cosmetic procedure.
It was to remove excess fat from specific areas of the body.

The 38-year-old entered the operating room near Naples, Italy, at 12:30pm.
By 3:30pm, she had died due to unknown complications.
The prosecutor’s office opened a probe shortly after Sabrina’s death on 24 April.
Two doctors, a nurse, and the private clinic’s medical director are under investigation and have been accused of manslaughter, each with varying degrees of responsibility.
Prosecutors hope the post-mortem report will clarify whether specific mistakes were made or any negligence occurred.
Sabrina had chosen the clinic in question because of its low costs, as reported by Need To Know.
But the facility was already under investigation for other cases of suspected medical malpractice.
A doctor who previously worked with the clinic – and was suspended – is reportedly linked to around 70 complaints.
In one of Sabrina’s last social media posts, she wished her daughter a happy 13th birthday.
For her own birthday, she had written: “I hope my strength, patience and calmness remain unchanged – those very traits that have helped me face life with peace and confidence in the choices I’ve made.
“I can sum up what I’ve learned in life in two words: move forward.”
Francesca, the former owner of the hairdressing business Sabrina ran, told local media shortly after her death: “She was a humble person, and I mourn her because she was truly a decent person.
“She had admirable willpower and calmness.”
