An influencer lawyer has been ordered not to travel after being accused of making racist gestures during a dispute at a bar.
Agostina Páez, 29, is being investigated after the alleged incident.
The row reportedly began over the bill, with staff claiming there were unpaid items linked to wristbands.

Footage shared online appears to show Páez making monkey gestures and shouting “monos,” meaning “monkeys” in Spanish, towards the venue.
Páez had more than 40,000 followers on Instagram and almost 80,000 on TikTok, though her accounts have since been set to private or deactivated.
It allegedly happened at Barzin in the Ipanema area of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Her lawyer said she is not under arrest and is currently staying at an apartment in Rio.
However, she has been told she cannot leave the country while the case is investigated and is expected to be fitted with an electronic ankle tag in the coming days.
Her defence team said they will request CCTV from the area to show the full context of what happened and push for her to return to Argentina as soon as possible.
The lawyer also claimed Páez and her friends were mocked by staff and subjected to obscene gestures as they tried to leave.
The case has sparked outrage online, with Páez receiving threats on social media, according to her lawyer.
Brazilian prosecutors are assessing whether to bring formal charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
