A stay-at-home mum of two who performed a human autopsy as part of her medical science degree has revealed how OnlyFans allowed her to buy a house and car outright.
Aozora x, from England, launched her page in February 2022 after discovering a Facebook group of other mums doing the same.
She was midway through her degree at the time and needed flexible income that worked around childcare.

“I found a group of other mums on a Facebook group who started OnlyFans so I decided to give it a go too,” she told Need To Know.

“It seemed to make sense because I love being creative and some extra money was needed.”
Just 18 months later, Aozora completed her degree, including a dissertation that involved performing an autopsy on a human donor.
“It was incredible,” she said. “I love anatomy and I try to showcase that when I can.”

For nearly two years, she kept her OnlyFans career a secret from her family.
When they discovered the truth in 2024, their reaction surprised her.
“My family all told me that they wondered where I was getting my money from as I had no ‘job’,” she said.

“But they also said they weren’t bothered as long as I’m safe and happy and can provide for my family.”
The financial impact has been transformative.
“I managed to do driving lessons, buy a car, buy a house,” she said. “I am no longer struggling for cash.”
Her content ranges from clown cosplay to full mime performances.
“The clown look took a lot of effort but I made some hot videos which a lot of my fans enjoyed,” she said.

“The mime content involves no speaking so it can enhance the bodily sounds for the viewers.”
The career change has affected her dating life.
“Most guys wanted everything to be sexual or me to just send them content when I told them about my career,” she said.
“As soon as guys wanted content from me I stopped talking to them because I wasn’t going to turn everything sexual just because I am a spicy content creator.”
Despite the challenges, she has ambitious plans for the future, including expanding onto YouTube and producing higher quality cosplay content.
“I want to build my socials up, start posting regularly on YouTube and film higher quality stuff,” she said.
Her advice for any mum considering the same path is practical.
“Get a good accountant and change to a limited company as soon as possible,” she said. “It will save you money in tax.”
She added, “I love my fans and I wouldn’t be able to keep going without them.”
