The grim find comes days after authorities were called to a separate scene where another body had been discovered.
Police say the two cases are connected, though they have not disclosed how.
The earlier incident unfolded on 27 March, when officers attended private land after reports of a body at the property.
Investigators said the condition of the victim and the circumstances surrounding the death made the case particularly disturbing.
Officials also confirmed there had been deliberate attempts to conceal the person’s identity, as reported by Need To Know.

While details remain limited, police have stressed the incidents are not believed to be random.
Jayden’s death has shocked the local community.
Friends and family have paid tribute to the teen, remembering him as someone who cared deeply about those around him.
He was also known locally as a swimmer and had been involved in school sports.
A fundraiser has since been set up to support his loved ones following the tragedy.
The GoFundMe read: “Jayden was so deeply loved. He had the biggest heart and made sure the people around him knew it.”
Police say enquiries are ongoing and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
