The 54-year-old completed the iconic Three Lions badge on the beach on 19 Jun, as reported by Need To Know.
The artwork was created on Bridlington South Beach, Yorkshire.
Fred captioned the piece with the words: “Win, lose, or draw.
“Home should be safe.”
The important message is linked to the devastating number of domestic abuse cases linked to football.
According to Women’s Aid, these horrific situations go up ‘every time England play’ – regardless of the result.
The devastating statistics state that one in three women over the age of sixteen will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime.
The charity also revealed that at least one woman is killed by a current male or ex-partner a week.
Less than one in five women feel able to report their experiences to the police.
Charlie Webster, Ambassador for Women’s Aid said: “The World Cup is one of those rare moments when the whole country holds its breath together – united, hopeful, alive.
“That joy is real, and it’s precious.
“But for women and children living with domestic abuse, tournament time brings something very different: heightened fear and heightened danger.
“That is a reality we cannot look away from.
“Football is our game.
“It belongs to all of us, and it should be a place of safety.
“I am proud to be raising awareness to change that, and make sure that when England plays, every woman at home is safe.”
