A man has been compared to ‘Wolverine’ after he revealed his raw meat only diet and says that brains are his favourite food.
Weam Breiche, 31, a health and fitness coach from Los Angeles, US, has received mixed responses online after revealing his controversial eating habits.
Growing up in Lebanon, he fell in love with eating raw meat and would often have five plates of raw organs per meal as an appetiser.

Despite this, inspired to work on his wellness, fitness and mental health he later adopted a plant-based diet. However, it was short-lived with Weam claiming he started to experience health issues.
After visiting his doctor, he returned to his raw meat meals and hasn’t looked back since.
“I first made the switch to cooked carnivore after my doctor informed me that I had a lot of inflammation in my digestive and nervous system,” Weam told Jam Press.
“As I adopted this diet, I started reading books about the benefits of meat and a lot of carnivore doctors eat their meat raw – so I decided to go for it.
“I’m reading several books on being carnivore at the moment and there are no complications to this diet.
“It’s the ultimate elimination diet.
“Being carnivore can reverse diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease and many autoimmune diseases.
“You might risk bacterial infection, but a healthy gut is totally capable of destroying harmful bacteria.”
Currently, his diet consists of 90% raw meat and he claims not to have experienced any complications so far.
Weam used to eat 2,400 calories per day, but now consumes over 4,500 calories a day to help build muscle.
Before, he would typically eat an almond milk smoothie for breakfast, protein pasta with mushrooms and spinach for lunch, followed by beans for dinner.
Now, he eats half-a-pound of raw beef, which he places in a blender with two teaspoons of raw butter, half a teaspoon of salt and raw eggs.
For lunch, he’ll eat two veal testicles, one veal brain, lamb liver, beef heart, beef kidney, beef bone marrow and raw butter.
At dinner, he’ll have raw steak slices and butter, which he sometimes pairs with an unflavoured grass fed protein shake.
He said: “My favourite raw food is my concoction [in the morning] and veal brains.
“I also like raw ribeyes and fillets.
“I’m not a fan of raw chicken and pork – I’ve actually never tried them.
“I don’t even eat them cooked either.”
Although he eats a lot of food, he recalls feeling light enough to do a workout straight after eating and goes to the gym seven days a week.

He also uses ice baths three to four times a week and meditates to help keep his mental health in check.
Weam recently decided to upload his unusual diet on TikTok, where it has received nearly 785,000 views and over 53,000 likes so far.
On his plate is a raw veal brain, which is paired with a glass full of raw eggs.
Weam picks up the brain and takes a big bite, before washing it down with the eggs.
As a final note, he informs his viewers that the meal contains 110g of protein and 1,100 calories.
“Wolverine goofy ahh,” one viewer commented.
Another person added: “Bruh just cook your food. You got enough time to cook.” [sic]
“Dude wanna be DIFFERENT SO BAD,” someone else wrote. [sic]
One person said: “Ain’t so way.” [sic]
“Full moon tonight,” another viewer commented.
Others were intrigued, with one person writing: “Throw a little salt on there and then we’re talking.”
Although he’s received a mixture of responses, Weam doesn’t find any of them offensive and takes people calling him “Wolverine” as a compliment.

He added: “I get a lot of love from people who want help – especially overweight kids that struggle with confidence.
“I also get tons of hate, especially from the vegan community, who continuously report my account and threaten to remove it.
“A lot of people focus on being in shape within the fitness world, but neglect actually being healthy – physically and mentally.
“I’ve tried all diets and struggled with haemorrhoids, as well as anal fischers [in the past].
“Using the restroom was a struggle for me, until I started my meat only diet and now my digestion is optimal.
“Raw meat is the easiest to digest and I don’t care what doctors say, I know what I feel.”
