A mum-of-two has gone viral after sharing a video of stunned men marvelling at her form as she lifts weights while pregnant.

Yanyah Milutinović, 34, a fitness influencer from New York, US, is known online to her 347,000 followers for her strength and determination – even while expecting.

The mum regularly hit the gym during her pregnancy and returned just two-and-a-half weeks after giving birth to continue her dedicate regime.

Yanyah, who lives with her police officer husband, Risel Martinez, 31 and their two children, Smiljana, three and Vuk, nine months, began squatting 225lbs at just five-weeks postpartum.

As she likes to exceed her fitness goals and promote a healthy lifestyle, she regularly records herself working out and has captured some hilarious expressions from fellow gym goers.

Yanyah shared a video compilation of the stares on Instagram, where she received 264,000 views and over 18,000 likes on the post.

In the clip, she begins by lifting weights with the caption: “Yes, I’m pregnant here. Rowing 90lbs for reps.”

As the voice over reads: “Do you ever look at someone and wonder what is going on inside their head?” the camera zooms into a man staring intently.

In the next clip, Yanyah performs a deadlift with the caption: “Six months postpartum, deadlift 315lbs for 10 reps.”

Two young men proceed to alter their stance to ensure a good look at her form, while another man scratches his head in disbelief.

At nine months pregnant, the super-mum continues to outperform those at the gym and another man appears to think so too as he begins to stare.

Eight months postpartum and she’s still going strong with some 315lb squats – but the man behind her seems shocked.

In the final clip, Yanyah is shown doing weighted hip thrusts as a man appears to hop onto a machine nearby to get a better look.

“Them dudes are standing there saying I wish I could do that,” one viewer commented.

Another person added: “Honestly they seemed impressed, as they should be.”

“Not the last guy stepping up to get a better view, great work mama,” someone else wrote.

One person said: “You are literally stronger than every single one of those dudes #jealousmuch.”

“This is amazing,” another viewer added.

Yanyah decided to share the compilation as many of her followers had pointed out the shocked looks in her previous videos.

“I got so many requests from followers to put [the video] together after pointing it out,” Yanyah told Jam Press.

“There are clips where I’ve had men cheering me on too and many will give me props, say that I inspire them or share positive vibes.

“[In one of my videos] you can hear a man scream and uplift me, who later came up to give me a lot of nice compliments.

“He stopped his workout in the middle of the weight room to cheer me on – for most people, he would come across as intimidating as he’s a big man, but is actually super sweet.

“I don’t mind people watching and I’ve had whole gym floors before stop what they’re doing to watch me lift – especially when I squatted 315lbs while nine months pregnant.

“Most men are impressed, but some are really creepy and I choose not to share those clips because I don’t want the video to come across this way, but rather to empower woman and see that not all men will make you feel unwelcome.

“There are men who will support, uplift and get inspired by strong women.”

She uses her online platform to advise others about using the gym after giving birth, as well as sharing her fitness goals and top tips.

She added: “A mistake that I see a lot of women make, often other fitness professionals, is that they rush the weight loss after pregnancy.

“Instead of focusing on weight loss, be patient and accept your current physique and circumstances. Focus on rebuilding your body.

“I started with breathing exercises and pelvic floor workouts as early as three days after labour.

“My focus was on healing and my physical performance and I have safely rebuilt my strength after giving birth.

“I have even surpassed my strength in many lifts, lifting a lot heavier than I ever have in my life.

“I reached my second goal at nine weeks postpartum which was 315lbs, then 405lbs at five weeks.”
