A signed Pele Brazil shirt is set to fetch over £15,000 at auction – along with the striker’s old passport.
The jersey was worn by the late footy legend during the 1965-66 international season.
It has been signed by the iconic striker who passed away last December.
The yellow shirt still has a large stain on the front.
It has a green collar and sleeves.
It has a starting bid of £1,966 ($2,500) but is expected to sell for £15,700 ($20,000).
Footy fans can also buy Pele’s Brazilian passport for an eye-watering £6,293 ($8,000)
It is being auctioned off at Julian’s Auctions in Los Angeles, California.
The listing reads: “An Athleta brand Brazil jersey match-worn by Pele during the 1965-66 international season.
“Pele was a three-time World Cup champion, who scored 77 goals in 92 appearances from 1957 to 1971.
”He was the first in Brazil’s history with the most goals scored by one player.
“Pele gifted this jersey to former Santos teammate Afonso Celso Garcia Reis, also known as Afonsinho.
“Afonsinho also played for American Mineiro, Asco, Botafogo, Flamengo, Fluminese, Olaria, and Madureira.
“Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from MEARS and a Letter of Provenance from the sister of Afonso “Afonsinho” Celso Garcia Reis.”
The shirt is being sold alongside a huge catalogue of tops worn by the footballer.
Others include a white long-sleeve jersey worn by Pele during the 1969 Brasilero Serie A season – which is also set to sell for the same price.
Some of the well-worn jerseys have been signed by Pele himself.
The passport listing reads: “A Federative Republic of Brazil passport issued to Pele by the Brazilian Consul General in New York on May 19, 1987 and valid until May 18, 1993.
“The cover of the passport is loose.
The passport features Pele’s signature, ‘Edson Arantes’, a passport photo of him, and entry stamps and visas from various countries.
“On page six is a handwritten note indicating this passport is ‘Em substituicao a passporte extraviado’ or ‘Replacement for lost passport’.”
