A housemaid allegedly stole a three-day-old baby after drugging his mum, his grandmother, and his uncle.
Nely Janel Ramírez reportedly gave the three family members cups of tea that she’d spiked with a drug that made them pass out.
When they woke up the next morning. they realised that the newborn and the housekeeper were no longer at the family home.
According to local media, they found a message scrawled on a piece of cardboard saying she’d “come back for everyone” if they started looking for the infant.
The woman also allegedly took personal documents, cash, and several mobile phones from the residence in Pachuca de Soto, Mexico.

On Saturday (27 Jan), two days after the abduction the authorities in Valle de Chalco found a tiny baby boy inside a bag on a street.
He was taken to a hospital, where medics confirmed he was in good health.
A DNA test quickly confirmed he was the snatched newborn, named in reports as Abdiel de Jesús Partido Chávez.

The police believe the housemaid may have dumped him due to the media’s coverage of the case.
Prosecutors issued an arrest warrant for her and her partner, who they believe aided and abetted the crime.
The authorities say that “Nely Janel Ramírez” is likely a false identity and that the domestic worker may be linked to the criminal gang La Sombra.
The suspect had reportedly been working for the family for a year and the search for her continues.
