A suspected drug smuggler was caught trying to hide cannabis inside peppers.
Baffled police stopped the driver for a routine check at a tunnel exit.
When he began acting nervously, they decided to give his car a thorough inspection.
They found a plastic bag full of green bell peppers on the back seat.
They opened the veg up and were baffled when they found sachets containing cannabis inside three of them.
The officers also found more drugs stashed inside a water bottle.
In total, they seized 31g of cannabis from the suspect on Friday (23 Feb).

The police also seized 8,360 TRY (£210) in cash from his car.
They believe the money was obtained from drug trafficking.
He was arrested on the spot in Istanbul, Turkey, and taken in for questioning.
He’s now under investigation for “drug manufacturing and trafficking”.
The police believe he’s a career dealer.
Local Nemit said: “Wow, it seems we have some real talents in our country.
“And they’ve accomplished some remarkable projects.
“Venezuela, Colombia, they must all be envious, wondering how they didn’t think of it.”
