He is producing the ‘N1 Influencers’ series for social media, where contestants stay in a house and take part in organised games and challenges.
Anderson, who boasts 6m Instagram fans, said the ice challenge was carried out under the supervision of a local firefighter.
As part of an endurance test, the influencers submerged their feet in buckets of ice and salt for 15 minutes.
However, immediately afterwards, the trio claim they began to suffer from severe burns.
Anderson said in a statement on Instagram: “As soon as they took their feet out, they started screaming a lot.
“I was in a state of shock.”
The trio has shared images of them being treated in hospital for their injuries.
MC Thammy said: “I asked the doctor ‘is there a risk of me losing my toes?’
“Three toes turned black when I took them out of the bucket, and he said ‘yes there is’.
“He also said that I was at risk of thrombosis.”
MC Thammy – who has 1.9m Instagram followers – was discharged from hospital the following day and is currently receiving care at her home.

Artur and Teus remain hospitalised in Recife.

Anderson said: “I take full blame as I’m the one who had the idea of doing the challenge.
“Unfortunately, the firefighter did not warn me about the risks of what could happen.”
He added: “I sincerely apologise for organising the test and hiring an unprepared firefighter.”
Anderson also vowed to cover the injured influencers’ medical costs, as reported by Need to Know.
Jam Press has contacted Anderson for comment.
