They also confiscated several mobile phones, weighing scales, a humidifier, air purifier and other equipment.
The raid took place in Chatuchak District in the Thai capital Bangkok on 27 May.
The couple is accused of growing the hallucinogenics at their home before selling them online and shipping them via private logistics companies.
Banyong told police he had spent around two years learning how to cultivate magic mushrooms from YouTube and TikTok videos.
The suspects claimed the shrooms had healing powers that could cure a number of physical and mental health conditions.
They allegedly sold them for £2.15 (THB 100) per gram. According to the authorities, the couple told customers that the psilocybins had even helped to save the life of a severely ill young boy.
The couple also provided online courses on how best to consume the shrooms for optimal results.
The police believe they earned over £2,133 (THB 100,000) a month selling shrooms and providing online courses, as reported by Need to Know.
Chief investigator Theeradet Thumsuthee said the suspects have been charged with the illegal production, possession, and sale of Category 5 narcotics.
