A super-fit football fan has set out on an 800-mile bike ride to all of England’s matches at Euro 2024.
Three Lions lover, Mitchell Jones will be peddling all over Germany from Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen to the Olympiastadion in Berlin and everywhere in between.
The 30-year-old, from Portsmouth, arrived in the country after taking an overnight bus from the UK to Cologne on 15 June.

“Nothing in the world beats tournament football,” he told Need To Know.
“If we win our group, and then go onto the final, the total distance will be 869 miles cycled.
“If we come runners up in the group, and get to the final, then the total distance will be 1,300 miles.
“I don’t even want to contemplate coming third.”
Following England game-to-game, Mitchell will be wild-camping between rides as he raises money for the mental health charity, Mind.
Mitchell made his first stretch, from Cologne to Gelsenkirchen, in time for England’s first game against Serbia on June 16.
After cycling for 54 miles, the electrician arrived at his destination where he camped overnight before meeting up with pals before the big game.
Watching on as England beat Serbia one nil in their tournament opener, the 30-year-old returned to camp before setting off on the second-longest journey between grounds.
The electrician started his 200-mile trip from Gelsenkirchen to Frankfurt on 17 June.
Mitchell added: “I ride about 10 hours a day, having plenty of time to take it all in. I’m in no rush.
“The ride to Frankfurt is going to take three days in total.
“I have tickets for all the group games plus the final if we get there.
“For the rest of the knockouts, I will be in an FA ballot and can only hope.
“I’m always up for something a bit adventurous. My mate and I cycled from England to Russia for the 2018 World Cup and I wanted to keep up the challenge.
“I also try to raise as much money for charity as I can whilst doing these adventures and this time I’m raising money for Mind.
“My first England game was 10 years ago and I’ve followed them home and away since then.
“This is my third tournament.
“I’ve been to Germany loads of times before this. Love the people, the culture, everything.
“The atmosphere out here is class, in and amongst the English fans, as I always knew it would be.”
