A biker has been hailed a hero after his quick thinking stopped a young woman from being snatched off the street.
In CCTV footage, the would-be victim can be seen walking alone along the pavement.
She passes two men sitting outside, minding their own business, before a pickup truck trundles slowly down the road.

It doesn’t take long to spot that the vehicle is moving alongside the woman at the same speed.
One of the seated men then looks over his shoulder and realises that the woman is being followed.
Just before she disappears from his sight, he gets up, hops onto his parked motorbike and zooms towards her.
A few seconds later, he returns with the woman, who looks to be 25 to 30-years-old, on the pillion.
It took place in Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico in the early hours of Sunday morning (21 Jul).
Nuevo León State is currently experiencing a wave of mass kidnappings, with 42 abductions in one month alone, as reported on Need To Know.
Enrique commented: “It’s strange that she got on the motorcycle too, she must have been very scared.”
Mónica wrote: “Thank you for looking out for her.”
Jesús remarked: “It’s a bit risky, but he saved the girl.”
And Daniela simply replied: “Hero.”
