A woman had to be rescued after slipping and falling down a 60-ft gorge while “taking a selfie” near a waterfall.
Nasreen Amir Kureshi was trekking in the mountains with friends when they reportedly stopped to take some pictures on Sunday (4 August).
Kureshi, 29, is believed to have been snapping away when she slipped near the edge of a gorge and landed in the dense vegetation below.

Her horrified friends called the police and a rescue operation got underway immediately.
First responders traversed tricky terrain to reach Kureshi, who had survived the fall.
Video footage shows how a rescuer led her up a rope in grey, wet weather.
She shrieked and appeared traumatised as her legs gave way near the top of the steep slope.
She was taken to a private hospital to be treated for unspecified injuries, according to local media.
Kureshi is from Pune, India, as reported by Need To Know.
She and her friends were on their way to visit the scenic Thoseghar Waterfall near Satara.
In the end, they reportedly changed plans because the trail to the falls had been closed due to heavy rain and wind.
They were at the Borane Ghat mountain pass when she slipped and fell.
However, some reports say the latter area was also out of bounds at the time.
Local media reported on Tuesday (6 August) that her condition was stable.
