Mr Morris, 43, was found dead in his bed in the flat where he was staying at around 3pm on 8 August.

Detectives believe he died after falling victim to a ‘Goodnight Cinderella’ scam on his first night in Brazil.
‘Goodnight Cinderella’ is local slang for Rohypnol, GHB, or any date-rape drug that renders victims vulnerable to assault or robbery.
Detectives believe Mr Morris and a friend met Da Silva, 23, and another woman on the night of 7 August.

They went to a beach bar before heading back to a flat in Rio de Janeiro where the men were staying.
Before arriving at the flat, it is believed the men consumed alcoholic drinks mixed with an unidentified substance.
Only Mr Morris entered the flat, while his friend, who was feeling unwell, went elsewhere.
Reports say that when Mr Morris was found, there was “foam” around his mouth.

The police say the men’s belongings were missing from the rental flat.
Mr Morris’s friend survived and has been interviewed by the police, as reported by Need To Know.

They say Da Silva is under investigation for carrying out similar scams on other victims.

Mr Morris lived in Minneapolis, but was originally from Jamaica, where he will be laid to rest.
He was the president and founder of Blue Waters Consulting & Soul Community Development Corporation.
He leaves behind a partner, a child and three step-children.
Police are working to identify the second woman suspected of being involved.
