Black smoke instantly bellows out of the package and the receptionist jumps to her feet in shock.
The device then detonates on the desk in front of the director and another worker.
Two package bombs were sent to the office of the Argentine Rural Society, the main voice for livestock farmers and agricultural interests in the country.

One device was addressed to the organisation president, Nicolás Pino – an agricultural producer and beef marketer.
The other was sent to Vice President Marcos Pereda Born, at the society’s office in the Argentine capital, Buenos Aires.
Pino’s secretary Pamela Sousa discovered the first bomb while opening the package.
According to reports, she inhaled some smoke but did not suffer any injuries or burns.
Staff immediately informed the local authorities and a bomb squad detonated the second device outside the premises.
The police arrested a 40-year-old suspect a day later on Friday (6 Sept).
The man, identified as Alberto Santiago Soria, is said to work as a real estate agent.
He was identified and arrested at his home after the police reviewed nearby CCTV footage.
He allegedly took two buses to the office to leave the packages for the directors.
Investigators found materials and evidence of his involvement in his home, as reported by Need To Know.
The Minister of Security initially said that the two directors were targeted by an “extremist vegan or anarchist” group.
However, this theory was thrown into doubt when frozen meat was found in the suspect’s freezer.
The investigation into the alleged murder attempt is ongoing.
