Seventeen people died when a bus rolled down a steep slope and landed on its roof.
The vehicle was carrying more than 40 people, among them children, when it suffered a mechanical failure.
The driver lost control and the bus overturned as it rolled down a steep slope next to the road.

Several passengers were tossed out of the vehicle in the process.
The bus eventually came to a stop with its tyres pointing skywards in a densely-vegetated, difficult-to-access area.
Images show how the vehicle sustained heavy damage in the accident on Sunday (24 November) afternoon.
As firefighters made their way to the scene, locals gave first aid to some of the injured.
The fire brigade later arrived with three vehicles and a helicopter, as reported by Need To Know.
Twenty-nine survivors were taken from the scene in União dos Palmares, Brazil, to a local hospital with injuries.
One of the victims – a pregnant woman – was also taken to the facility but later died.
The vehicle was a school bus that had been provided by União dos Palmares Municipality.
The passengers were on their way to take part in a cultural event at the Quilombo dos Palmares Memorial.
The Quilombo dos Palmares was a community of escaped slaves in colonial Brazil that thrived throughout the span of the 17th century.
The memorial attracts hundreds of visitors in November due to Black Consciousness Day celebrations.
Anielle Franco, Brazil’s minister for racial equality, stated: “In such an important month for the entire country, celebrating Black Consciousness Month, especially for the region of Quilombo dos Palmares, this tragedy deeply saddens us.”

At the time of reporting, the victims hadn’t been identified.
