A woman says she works out five times a week just to keep the endorphins flowing for her two sexual partners.
Last month, Bruna Dias hit the headlines after allowing her husband Matheus Caetano, 30, a ‘night off’ from their marriage during the holidays to ‘cheat’.
But it’s not technically infidelity – the couple are in an open marriage with both parties having sex with others.
And Bruna is, quite literally, starting the year off with a bang, having found herself a more permanent lover.
But satisfying two men – and herself – has been impacting her libido.
To keep her sex drive up, Bruna is hitting the gym nearly every day.
“I was really happy to be able to give Matheus a night off from our marriage last month,” she told Need To Know.

“And we are really enjoying our open marriage – I’ve already got myself a new lover!
“I’m doubling down on my gym routine.
“I work out five times a week to maintain my libido and please my two sexual partners – and myself.
“The more focused I am in the gym, the more sexually active I become.”
But are her sexual partners equally dedicated to their workouts?
Bruna said: “Matheus enjoys working out, but he’s not as focused on sexual performance as I am.

“He says my changes are motivation enough for him.
“My lover, on the other hand, is a personal trainer, so staying in shape is basically his job.
“I think their energy only adds to the chemistry between us.”
The influencer spends 40 minutes on weightlifting five times a week, focusing heavily on squats, deadlifts and planks.
She said: “My personal trainer always says that exercises like weightlifting and cardio can help with libido, so I follow that philosophy.

“I love squats because they’re said to improve circulation, which can benefit desire, and this exercise also tones my body, which directly boosts my self-esteem.
“And cardio, like cycling, is great for [my] stamina.
“Which, well, makes a difference in bed.”
The Miss BumBum winner has also added aphrodisiac foods to her diet to stimulate her sex drive further.
Her daily menu features things like strawberries and watermelon “to promote blood circulation” and dark chocolate to “release serotonin”.
She added: “I also include nuts and honey, which are great for energy and vitality.
“You can’t just wait for desire to show up on its own.
“You have to work for it – both physically and mentally.”
