Chaos has unfolded at a shopping centre after a gunman left people running for their lives.
The suspect, who has been identified as a man in his 30s with 11 prior criminal and drug-related offences, is on the run after injuring one person.
Police are currently working to track him down, with his motive for the horrific act not yet established.

In shocking footage taken by bystanders, groups of people can heard shouting and running while scrambling to get themselves to safety.
Officers recovered 13 bullet casings from staircases and the parking areas in the shopping centre, as reported by Need To Know.
A cleaner who works at the site was targeted as he packed away his supplies.
The staff member, who has not been named, suffered four gunshot wounds after being struck in the leg and the buttocks.
He is receiving treatment in hospital.
After injuring the cleaner, the gunman moved to the P2 level of the mall, firing multiple shots at a sliding door before making his way to the car park.
The suspect attempted to stop a passing vehicle but the person driving managed to escape.
The driver later filed a police report and alleged that the gunman fired at his car.
The suspect also held another driver at gunpoint, as he hitched a lift near an exit by a motorway.

He later exited the vehicle and fled on foot, with his whereabouts currently unknown.
The incident took place on 8 February around 10pm at the Setia City Mall in Selangor, Malaysia.
Police confirmed that they received a report of the shooting at 10.50pm.
Authorities have since reviewed CCTV footage and conducted a security sweep of the shopping centre.
The site has been given the green light to resume operations as normal.
Authorities have not ruled out the possibility that the man intended to rob a goldsmith shop.
