A speeding driver was killed after smashing into a concrete barrier at a toll booth.
Witnesses said the 20-year-old victim was going too fast at the time of the crash.
Cops said they haven’t ruled out that he wasn’t “racing” in the lead-up to the smash.

A CCTV clip shows the young driver apparently out of control as he sped towards the toll booth.
His car slammed into the concrete divider and came to an abrupt stop.
Smoke filled the air as a toll worker came out of a booth and held her hand over her mouth in shock.
The mangled wreckage of the car was at a near-vertical angle.
The fatal crash took place at the Rio Maipo Toll Booth, near the Chilean capital, Santiago, at around 2.50pm on Monday (10 Feb).
The 20-year-old driver died on the spot.
He was on his way to work in Santiago when he smashed into the barrier, as reported by Need To Know.

The victim lived in the nearby city of Rancagua.
The police have yet to release his name.
A spokesperson said: “Although his mobile phone was found, we are waiting for the medical examiner to confirm that the victim is the same person as shown on his ID card.”
The police added: “Preliminary reports indicate that there was no pursuit or other vehicles involved, that is to say he wasn’t racing.”
The investigation is ongoing.
